[So lately there have been a bunch of crazy body changes the poor people of Luceti have had to go through. Ingo is no exception, but even after being turned into a Pokémon yesterday, he definitely wasn't expecting this.

SUDDENLY, SUBWAY SYSTEM.

There's a new set of stairs near the fountain that descend underground. The sign beside it helpfully spells out LUCETI SUBWAY. Elsewhere in the enclosure, similar staircases can be found, or the subway simply emerges from underground at the end of its path (such as the one near the beach).

Going down the stairs near the fountain reveals a rounded room with a number of platforms like this. The maps inside depict where each subway line goes. Most of the subway lines are pretty normal, but there's one that just goes in a circle labled "BATTLE LINE." There's an instruction sign on its platform explaining that it's a Pokémon battling line, and if you board you will be expected to specify your battle type and face 20 hologrammed trainers before reaching the SUBWAY BOSS(a hologrammed Ingo and/or his brother). GOOD LUCK CHALLENGERS.

Yep, other than that and the suspiciously Ingo-sounding intercom, it seems like a totally normal subway!

...Except one more thing.

[Feel free to use the subway as you please! Tag in traveling groups, run into each other on the cars, or strike up a conversation with intercom-Ingo, whatever works. There can be stations wherever, and they can be underground/aboveground, either is fine! YEAH.]

[Cloud has Sigilyph, and Furze, Scolipede. SCREW YOU SNEASEL THAT NIGHT SLASH FRICKEN HURTS but sigilyph is a pain in the butt, so it stays, and uses Air Slash on Aitaro.

Scolipede weathers the Double Hit and uses... Earthquake.]

[FUCKING EARTHQUAKE AND AIR SLASH. Aitaro's definitely hurting after those attacks, but still has some juice in him, using Payback on Scolipede.]

[NOPE NOPE NOPE PROTECT. NOPE. And as soon as that shit wears off, he's using an Icy Wind because FUCK. THAT. NOISE.]

[RUDE. Sigilyph's out, Payback and Icy Wind do Scolipede in too, barely. Watch that Poison Point.

In return, the depot agents send out Zebstrika (with an Air Balloon, to boot) and Emboar. FUN TIMES]

[That Poison Point hits Aitaro, so Aitaro is quick to get out of there, using the last bit of its energy to hit Zebstrika with a U-Turn, before returning to its ball, on the verge of fainting.]

[Sneasel's safe. Screw that Poison Point. It's time to head over to Zebstrika with another Night Slash- That fire boar looks like verrry quickly impending trouble, but Feraligatr isn't going to enjoy an electric type all that much.]

[Zebstrika is quite fast, so before the Night Slash gets it (which does some damage, thankfully) it lands a Flame Charge on Sneasel, which only ups its speed. And if that isn't enough to do poor Sneasel in-- he won't like that Brick Break Emboar attacks with. Yikes.]

[Explotaro's comes out in the wake of Aitaro's return, and he's quick to let loose an Earthquake. Sorry, Sneasel. If you aren't down yet, you will be now. But those other two should be hurting.]

[Nope. Sneasel's being switched out for Feraligatr, who upon landing immediately slams an Aqua Tail at Emboar. Have a good night, fire pig.]

[ Emboar's Quick Claw activates, so it gets an Earthquake in itself before Aqua Tail connects, but that's that, it's out. Zebstrika, similarly, is done in because hahaha double Earthquakes yep not happening.

Thank you for riding the Battle Subway today. [He sounds pretty pleased, going ahead with formalities.] I am a Subway Boss, Ingo. The fellow over to the side is also a Subway Boss, Emmet. Will a Multi Battle help us cover each other's weakness? Or will you show your overwhelming power? I look forward to seeing how well you fight. However, it is difficult to win unless you and your partner are in total sync.
