[Well, Ingo's been returned from his kidnapping. That was--... yes. Not cool. Let's not go there. Good idea.
It's been some time since he's been back in the enclosure, and even longer since he'd been in the enclosure in his actual body. Thankfully, he seemed to be in once piece now, and not spread all over the place like the giant subway train he'd previously been! So that's a good thing!
Anyway, looks like he missed a lot. But before he can really seriously look at the Malnosso (ugh) mess, his Pokémon find him-- and thus, he is distracted for a time. After being separated for a week and a half or so he can't exactly say no to them...
So Ingo is outside this evening, sitting on a bench somewhere near Community Housing Building 3 and quietly browsing the journal. His Haxorus is asleep on its side on the ground next to him, which looks kind of weird considering it's a pretty large dragon. Chandelure found a ball, and the ghostly light fixture is currently engaged in a game of catch with a less-than-willing Excadrill, tossing (more like smacking) it back and forth a small distance from the bench. Every now and then Chandelure gets too exuberant and the ball goes flying elsewhere, earning a mild reprimand from Ingo.
You're welcome to stop by and say hello (or "where were you" if you noticed or "your voice sounds familiar" if you rode the train) of your own will, but there's also a chance of Chandelure's game of ball including you, whether this inclusion was on purpose or otherwise. Do watch out for incoming balls if you're passing by!]

O-ow, ow, ow... [At least they got from house 15 to this far. It's pretty... decent.]
no subject
...And they're crashinfhjhsfdk AAAH
Haxorus jolts awake, startled, and Ingo jumps up to hurry to her aid.]
Miss! Are you injured? [... ... ...wait, isn't this that one girl... how many Skarmory could there be in Luceti?....]
no subject
M-M-M-M-M-Mr. Train!?
no subject
Uh-- but-- he's-- he's right there, Shiemi... NO LONGER A DISEMBODIED VOICE. He's just kind of standing awkwardly, not really sure what to do anymore. Is she-- IS SHE OKAY?]
Ah, and that would make you the young miss with Masaomi, I suppose. [He doesn't sound mad or anything... but that's probably no consolation at this point, huh...]

[In the middle of blurting that out she remembers what she did to him, and begins to sway as her eyes roll back a little. She's... fainting. Or in the middle of it. Skarmy pops her head out of the bush to watch and thinks, "Oh... that's a thing that sometimes happens. She'll snap out of it."]

WAIT NO DON'T LET HER FALL OVER ADJSFDKGFH--]

(Haxorus looks impressed at this display of awk from the two trainers. A+.)
Well, laying her down on the bench seems like an okay idea. And then-- giving her space. He doesn't want to startle her again-- so-- um... STANDING OVER HERE. WAITING FOR HER TO COME TO HER SENSES. And keeping a curious Chandelure away from her.]

E-eh!? [What happened!?]

Sitting up so quickly could cause dizziness, Miss... do be careful. [Don't pass out again, please...]

...Needless to say, a ball flying at them registers at something for Silver to immediately get Sneasel to cut than... A ball. So uh. So much for that ball.]
no subject
weaselball! Whoops.Chandelure makes a distressed yelping noise, swaying back and forth in the air. (Excadrill, on the other hand, looks relieved.)]
Ah. [Ingo looks up from the journal at the popping noise, as well. Oh, well, there are the battered remains of the ball... Rest in peace, brave rubber warrior. You lived well.
But more importantly--] Silver? [You look a bit the worse for wear. Uh. Hi.]
no subject
A subway boss? Silver raises his head to look at Ingo when his name is called. That's a face he hasn't seen in a while-
...Wait shit right he just broke that ball.] ...Was that yours?
no subject
[Excadrill looks like he would rather they not, but Chandelure nods. ...Well, moves its whole body in a nodding motion. WE GOTTA FIND A NEW BALL NOW COME ON]

It seems the two were on a walk through the village, when he spots the Subway Boss on the bench.]
--Hey, Subway Boss!
no subject
Gold, good evening. [He tugs on his hat brim in greeting.] Good to see you. [And good to see you without any thought bubbles hanging over your head.]
no subject
So they finally let you go, eh?
no subject
At long last. At the very least I seem... unaltered. [Ingo expels a drawn-out breath, suddenly looking tired.] I would ask how things were at this destination, but judging by the Malnosso announcement... [they're stirring up more trouble. Lovely.]
no subject
Yeah... Looks like you're back just in time for things to get real.
no subject
So it would seem. [He shakes his head slowly, then looks back up at Gold.] At least, the villagers seem to be gearing themselves up for a proper... retaliation.
no subject
Yeah, they had a big meeting about what to do and now they've got a super convoluted game plan set up.
no subject
Convoluted? [wow that's a big word gold, good job] Hopefully not overwhelmingly so, for them.
