[(For Emmet:)When Ingo comes home to the apartment, he's practically dead on his feet. His hair's a mess, even with his hat; dark rings accent his eyes, and his skin is pale and scratched. He's staring ahead of him, at nothing in particular-- getting there was hard enough even without paying full attention to his surroundings. Still, he looks better than the unconscious bundle he's cradling in his arms-- Silver.
Please be there, Emmet. He's not sure how much longer he can hold up like this. He may very well just pass out next to Silver on the bed if Emmet's not home...]
[A little while after his return from the draft (and his inevitable exhausted sleep), Ingo goes ahead and makes a written entry to the network. He's too tired to do much else-- no one wants to see how much of an overwrought mess he is on video, anyway; the picture captured by the journal should be enough as it is.
His handwriting is a little shaky, but it's still completely legible.]
Those of you who know Silver-- he has returned from the draft. However, due to unfortunate circumstances he was forced to take an action that lead to a continued unconsciousness.
How long this will last is uncertain, but it is likely to last some days. He is currently in room 34 of Community Housing Building 1 if anyone would care to see him or inquire after his health.
Thank you.
[short and formal and emotionally distant-- the whole writing format helps with that, naturally. Should anyone see him in person, it's quickly apparent that Ingo's quite distraught about all of this.
As he said, though, feel free to stop by sometime. Silver is out cold, of course-- and a very-fussy Chandelure hangs close by him.]

[action]
Once she's safely back in the village, finding those two again is her first priority. It takes her a while. She has a pokéball of her own to temporarily keep track of, and a heavy limp slows down her trek to the building.
And there are stairs. They get her darkest scowl.
Her knock on Ingo's door is sharp, and deliberate, and pretty slow. Come open it, frowning man. There are things that seem to lurk in the corners of this hallway and she doesn't want to be out here anymore.]

Miss Raven! [Thank goodness, there you are.] Please, come in. Are you-- all right?
no subject
Nor does she feel all right. On top of being injured and looking pale she feels like creepy things are floating at the edges of her vision.]
Fine. [Her frown deepens a few fractions.] Silver?
no subject
she sure doesn't look fine, either... but he won't say anything about it yet.]
This way. [Chandelure is in the corner of Silver's room, though... he'd better recall the poor thing to minimize Raven's discomfort. Oops.]
no subject
Slow down, Ingo, she's limping along behind you.]
no subject
Yup, Silver's there in the bed, and Chandelure's nearby-- though he shies away a little when he sees her. He's happy to see her, but...]
no subject
...Who looks...afraid of her? Wary, at least. Something changes in her expression and, shivering despite herself, she crosses the room, headed for that corner.]
no subject
Ingo watches from the doorway, allowing her to do as she pleases. This is more her and Chandelure's thing-- he needn't interrupt, at least not yet.]
no subject
Then she holds up one shaking hand and rests her gloved palm against the side of Chandelure's face. It isn't his fault Silver decided to be stupid. He can't help the way his body works. Though she hasn't stopped shaking, the expression on her face changes a little bit.]
no subject
He's trying, Raven! He's trying so hard to not be scary, but... he can't help being a ghost.]
no subject
Says something about fear, doesn't it?
Her free hand tightens into a fist at the sound. Were Ingo and his happy brother mad at him, or something? Raven turns icy eyes on the subwayman instead.]
no subject
...Miss Raven? [Something the matter?]
no subject
However.]
Why is Silver so stupid?
no subject
Failure to remember the consequences of his actions? Lack of self-conservation? It is beyond me.
[Silver, you're an idiot.]
no subject
[This is the most frustrating thing. Idiot boys. Raven turns to come back across the room and almost falls over with an actual sound of pain. Oh, damn.]
Stupid.

no subject
He's not. Worry about him.
no subject
but at least she's sitting, now. Chandelure will hover nearby, fussy.]
...I have been. [Of course he has- and it shows on his face. This is his "son," after all.] But there's not much we can do but wait.

This kind of circumstance happens back home, sometimes. Not to this extent, but... in the other cases, it was slept off. [It happened to Ingo a little, when he was first training Chandelure as a Litwick-- not that he'll ever mention that.] Naturally his health will have to be looked after, but... beyond that, there is little we can do.
[...] ...Within my world's limitations, at least. Perhaps someone in Luceti is more well-versed in the art of life-force recovery, but that also is beyond my knowledge.
no subject
...He shouldn't have done it. [That's the most emotion she's had on her in more than a day.]
no subject
[Ingo glances at Raven, pausing a bit; then he gazes down at Silver.]
There could have been worse outcomes, but... that doesn't make this any less arduous. [Please wake up soon, Silver. (You blockhead.)]
no subject
[Things were handled. They were handled, they all could've gotten away without this...this stuff happening. She makes an irritated sound, bringing one hand to her forehead and shaking her head.]
no subject
He thought it necessary, at the very least.
no subject
... [Well it wasn't. Raven leans forward a little bit, openly worried for a few seconds.]
Maybe your loud brother can wake him up.
